The test run on HTTP3 in Japan is finished, the region is running HTTP1 and HTTP2 only, due to limitations of the providers of the nodes. We will follow up on this issue a bit later.

Since there were no problems detected with enabling HTTP3 in Europe on Canary cluster, we are going to switch Japan region to HTTP3.
